26. Mr. John Holmes gets Lei'd

 Loveless Motel can confirm that famous porn star Mr. John Holmes will be staying in room 222 next weekend.  He's asked us to let you know. So we are.

25. Happy Hour at the Mauve Tavern in Smarty Pants Disco

At Loveless Motel, Smarty Pants Disco, located off the lobby, has a back bar called The Mauve Tavern. Through two swinging doors, you'll be surrounded by lots of gold-framed antique mirrors on a deep purple velveteen wall fabric, the glow of soft pink diffused lighting, with long gold speckled vinyl banquettes, tiny tables for two, and deep orange shag carpet throughout, accessed along a 40 foot meat rack standing-only bar- a runway of sorts.  Our Happy Hour hideaway is just the ticket, especially on Friday nights, when it's the kickoff to the weekend. It's strictly cruise, often transactional. Barter and trade, buy and sell. Many locals attend, their eyes fixed on who walks through the door. Can you say "judgmental" and "heavy cruise?"  Don't be intimidated. It's just their quaint style.  The Bobbsey Twins are all grown up now.

10. Conquistador Gold

 All of our rooms have the latest in decor. Our suites are outfitted with luxurious dacron polyester velveteen in popular colors such as Conquistador Gold, shown here. Easy care fabrics make our housekeeping staff happy - if need be, furniture can be hosed down and ready for the next guest within 24 hours.

9. Internship Program at Loveless Motel

 We're hiring at Loveless Motel! More particularly, we have opened up our internship in preparation for another busy summer at Loveless Motel.  The perfect candidate will be a handsome recent college graduate who looks good in a suit, will be willing to do just about any task asked of him, and work for room and board with a stipend of 100 dollars for the three  month summer term.  Write and include three recent full frontal poloroids, one in your suit, and two showing your credentials. Photos become the property of Loveless Motel.

Our happy task is to welcome every guest, make every guest feel welcome, and provide a happy place where strangers come to make instant friends and leave with the hope and promise of coming back for more, and soon.

Every day's a holiday at our little love shack, and you'll find more ways to shack up than meets the eye, if you know how and where to look.  

Our staff is happy to help by creating a perfect itinerary for your stay, in advance of your arrival, or in a private consultation upon your arrival! For example, if you're not yet sure of what mode of transportation you'll use, just call Don at the front desk and he'll be happy to set you straight on your best options for a good ride.

Derrick will be arriving by bus, and wanted to to know what activities we could recommend at the Tulsa station - we told him he wouldn't even need to leave the station to have a good time.  He's even looking forward to his wait now.

Buster got excited when we mentioned that since he's flying out of Dallas, he could join the Mile High club just as soon as the seatbelt light comes off.  Another one of our guests is also on his flight and just happens to be a steward working on that same flight and will be happy to "fill him in".

Tom's a bit apprehensive - a long-haul driver coming from a small farm town in New England and driving down the coast for the first time alone has him on edge, but we gave him a list of interstate rest stops we're sure he'll be relieved to find.
