451. Ground Hog Day relapse

This weather is something else, and no let-up in sight. All reports say we're in for it for a while.  Loveless Motel guests are holed up, staying warm in their accommodations, from Fireplace Suite motel rooms to Aluminum City trailers. Even truckers are escaping their cabs parked at Loveless Truck Stop and heading for The Bunkhouse. Looks like every method possible, from friction to piling on is being used to turn up the heat. The more bodies, the hotter it gets.  Someone said he'd heard a rumor that the pool was going to be used as an ice skating rink, but as a reminder, Loveless Motel keeps it's pool at a comfortable 80 degrees year round, and that, dear guest, is what the 30 dollar surcharge on your checkout bill will go toward this week.  So better quit whining and start swimming.

On a side note, Loveless Truck Stop Cafe is serving up a rare specialty - Ground Hog Hash.  If you have never tried it, you're in for a real surprise.

399. Couple seeks third for vacation at Loveless Motel

Guests tell us they choose Loveless Motel to meet the new friends they've corresponded with through the want ads.  The young man in the sweater wrote a letter to the editor of One Magazine, and a couple saw the letter, wrote to the magazine, offering to lend a helping hand with his plight. Sensing their sincerity, the editors in turn sent the couple's letter and contact information to the young man. A correspondence, including exchanged photos ensued, and as luck would have it, both parties found they had free time and arranged a meeting! Luckily, rather than wait for long distance photo handling, they were able to get their vacation memories captured and processed within 24 hours at Shutter Bug Camera Shop, located off the lobby.

328. What happens if you book your room late

These gents didn't book until the last minute, and have been forced to make due with a room that didn't have a king size bed.  It's virtually guaranteed that at least one will end up with a severe case of rugburn.

 Our most creative guests will always choose a room with a king size bed, where you can become a daisy in a chain just about any day or night at Loveless Motel.
